Managing my subscription was a little confusing at first. I’m not saying it’s a scam, but the cancel option definitely wasn’t as easy to find as I expected. I did get there eventually, it just took more clicks than it probably should have. Not a horrible experience, just something that could be made clearer.

It took a bit longer than I expected to get everything working, but it’s fine, totally fine. After some messing around, I finally got it set up and running

I’ve been using brownbear for my calendars, and so far the account security seems solid. Logging in is simple, and I haven’t noticed anything weird with my account. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I appreciate that it’s not complicated to use. I do wish there was a little more info available about the security settings, but overall I feel okay using it.

I had to reach out to brownbear.com support because I was stuck on one of the calendar settings and just couldn’t figure it out on my own. They did get back to me, and the answer actually helped, so I was able to fix it eventually. But it took longer than I thought it would, and the first response felt kind of rushed, like maybe they skimmed my message instead of reading the whole thing. Not a huge deal, and it worked out, but the experience was a bit mixed. I’d say 3 stars is about right

The site does work, so I’ll give it that, but... it’s slow most of the time I use it. Pages just kind of hang for a bit, and switching between calendars feels clunky. It’s not completely broken or anything, but yeah, it gets annoying when I’m just trying to check something quickly. Hopefully they speed it up soon

I tried brownbear.com for the first time it was really easy to use. Really easy. I didn’t have to click around forever or figure out where everything was hiding. Everything was smooth, simple, and I got what I needed done fast

I used it on mobile and had no problems at all. Everything was easy to figure out, almost like they designed it to keep you moving through it without overthinking. Smooth experience overall.
